Vinexpo Asia Pacific 2024 (Hong Kong)

ABOUT: Vinexpo Asia Pacific has been the most influential wine trade fair for wine and spirits professionals in the Asia-Pacific region. The event is set to make a return in 2024 to Hong Kong, from 28 to 30 May.

The three-day B2B trade event will provide the opportunity for wine producers to showcase their brands to the most influential buyers, importers, distributors, producers, sommeliers and merchants from across the region and around the world. An estimated 8,000 trade visitors are anticipated.

WA WINES TO THE WORLD is planning to support producers with subsidies for individual booths, plus offer producers places on a shared regional booth and in regional masterclasses.

OBJECTIVE: Generate exposure and sales opportunities for WA wine exporters amongst Asian trade audiences.

ELIGIBILITY: All WA wine exporters, established and new-to-market, are eligible to participate. Brands/wines with GI’s from Western Australia are eligible for support.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Individual booth options:

WA WINES TO THE WORLD will subsidise producer booth costs by AUD $2,500 +GST.

• Half booth - AUD $8,500 +GST, 8 SKUs (less $2,500 +GST subsidy)

• Full booth - AUD $12,500 +GST, 14 SKUs (less $2,500 +GST subsidy)

  Note: Registrations for individual booths with Wine Australia are now officially closed.

Regional options:

• Shared WA/regional booth (up to 5 SKUs) - $900 +GST per SKU. Available to producers from all WA regions.

  Note: One more spot available (2 SKUs)!

• Regional masterclasses (1 SKU max, if selected) - $400 +GST. Available to Margaret River and Great Southern producers only.
